Mike's Activities / Hummus

ギリシャ料理のHummusをテーマにした料理英会話。
We made Hummus, which is a very popular dish from Greece. We discussed how to prepare the dish, then all the student helped to make it. I taught them different verbs to use in the kitchen such as "Drizzle it on", "Blend it" "Chop it" and more.
It was a lot of fun and the hummus turned out great! Everyone enjoyed tasting this delicious dish! April
